Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Sourcing & Purchasing Manager to lead overseas sourcing, supplier relationships, and import operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage overseas manufacturers and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements.
• Oversee imports, customs, and ocean freight.
• Source new products and manufacturing partners.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data.
• Work with sales and operations.
• Support purchasing team growth.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of purchasing, sourcing, or import experience.
• Overseas purchasing experience required.
• Strong supplier negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Knowledge of import logistics, customs, and global supply chains.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Product development and leadership experience are a plus.
