Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests and complete repairs
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Painting, patching, and touch-ups
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues
Schedule:
- Full time
Pay:
- 65k - 80k
Requirements:
- Experience in general building maintenance
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- A car is a plus. We provide a monthly transportation stipend to help cover travel expenses.
