Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator & Proposal professional to join our team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and proposals for fire protection projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire protection systems
• Develop proposals and presentations for clients
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers
• Analyze project specifications and requirements
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Proven experience in estimating and proposal preparation
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in relevant software and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Certifications in fire protection are a plus
