Responsibilities
- Source new products from overseas manufacturers and suppliers
- Build and manage long-term vendor relationships
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and production terms
- Coordinate product specifications, packaging, and sampling
- Oversee product development from concept to launch
- Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipping
- Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to expand the product line
Qualifications
- Experience with overseas sourcing and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
- Experience in e-commerce, importing, or white-label products preferred
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
