Afternoon Medical Receptionist- Dermatology

📍 Location: 4510 16th Avenue, Brooklyn NY

🕒 Position: Part Time

Monday- Thursday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM + A few Sundays per Month 10 AM - 2 PM

Premium Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Responsibilities

1. Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
2. Assist patients with required paperwork
3. Answer incoming phone calls
4. Schedule and confirm appointments
5. Verify medical insurance information
6. Create referrals as needed
7. Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
8. Help maintain an efficient and welcoming front office environment

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
5. Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor
