Medical Biller

LBAPS is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to manage the full billing cycle for our growing ABA organization.

🕒 Full-Time | Willing to Train

Responsibilities:

1. Submit medical claims accurately and on time
2. Handle denials, appeals, and claim follow-up
3. Post payments and reconcile accounts
4. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
5. Resolve billing issues with insurance companies and patients
6. Generate billing reports

Qualifications:

1. Proven medical billing experience required
2. Knowledge of claims submission, denial management, and payment posting
3. ABA, behavioral health, or mental health billing experience is a strong plus
4. Experience with billing software and EHR preferred
5. Strong attention to detail and communication skills
