Bookkeeper

Job Description

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper to record & reconcile financial transactions for wholesale/eCommerce sales.

Job Includes

• Creating & reviewing spreadsheet reports in Excel & Google Sheets
• Verifying purchases against vendor quotes/orders for import into QuickBooks
• Recording credit memos for damaged inventory, forwarding return information, tracking returned/refund status
• Reconciling and recording credit card charges and refunds against purchases, returns, and expenses
• Reporting available cashflow across credit card accounts
