Job Responsibilities
- Set up new employees, computers, monitors, printers, and phones
- Troubleshoot everyday tech issues (e.g. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, printers, logins, etc)
- Create and manage user accounts in Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Coordinate with our managed IT provider on larger issues
- Keep equipment, inventory, and supplies organized
Qualifications
- Strong general tech skills and a can-do, helpful attitude
- Comfort with Windows PCs and Microsoft 365
- Reliable, organized, and friendly with non-technical staff
- Valid driver's license and willing to travel between offices
- No IT degree required - we care most about aptitude and reliability
