1031 Exchange Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Create business opportunities through self-sourcing clients suited for 1031 exchange and digital escrow services
Leverage networks, centers of influence, and business development acumen to acquire business and build meaningful relationships
Build a robust portfolio of national clients and manage the relationships until services are delivered and beyond
Work with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage their own portfolio of transactions
Use deep industry knowledge to gain new business and ensure client satisfaction
Develop new relationships by providing seminars on IRC Section 1031 to attorneys and real estate professionals

Qualifications
15+ years' experience in and industry knowledge of 1031 exchange business
15+ years' experience in business development and relationship management, including gaining new deposit business
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation skills
