Desired Experience:

4+ years in Field Marketing or Event Management. Ad tech, SaaS or advertising-adjacent experience is a plus.

You are comfortable and confident communicating with senior leadership, both internally and externally. You can command a room and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Exceptional written and verbal skills are a must working across internal teams and external vendors. You can write a compelling event invite, brief a booth-staffing team, and present ROI data to stakeholders with equal ease.
You don't just "feel" an event went well; you prove it with data. You have experience navigating CRM tools, ROI dashboards to report on post-event success.
