  • Develop procedures and workflows to support efficient service delivery
  • Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement solutions

Compliance & Partnerships

  • Help establish relationships with state agencies, providers, referral sources, and other key partners

Team & Client Management

  • Manage and develop the local operations team as the business grows
  • Oversee caregiver and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and organized process
  • Support recruiting and staffing efforts as the organization expands
  • Ensure strong communication between intake, coordination, payroll, compliance, and field operations

Leadership & Strategy

  • Work closely with payroll and finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Serve as the primary operational leader and point person for the new state
  • Work closely with company leadership on expansion strategy, growth, and ongoing improvement

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience within a homecare organization
  • Strong understanding of homecare operations, including intake, caregiver coordination, scheduling, payroll, and compliance
  • Experience building or improving operational processes and teams
  • Strong knowledge of state-specific healthcare/homecare regulations
  • Ability to take ownership of a new market and build operations from the ground up
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Experience with a new-state launch or market expansion is a strong plus
