Job description
Performance & People Development Coach | $150k–$200k/Year
About the Role
This is a people-first performance coach role — someone who lives and breathes people and knows how to get the best out of everyone in the building. This isn't hiring and firing; it's sitting down with department managers, mid-level employees, and entry-level staff to understand where they're stuck and unlock more output. You'll be the person who notices someone is running on empty before a big push and resets the plan, who sits with a manager whose numbers are slipping and gets to the real reason, then puts a plan in place and checks back in. A support system for the entire company, top to bottom.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Development
- Coach department managers, mid-level employees, and entry-level staff to raise productivity and output
- Sit down one-on-one to understand where people need encouragement and support
- Identify where individuals and teams are stuck and build practical plans to move them forward
- Follow up consistently to keep people accountable and on track
Performance Optimization
- Optimize output across every stage and level of the company
- Diagnose the real reasons behind slipping numbers and address them directly
- Work with managers to strengthen team performance
- Get people to raise real issues — substance, not fluff
Culture & Support
- Serve as a trusted support system for existing employees across the organization
- Build genuine relationships and rapport at every level
- Bring strong people instincts and steady leadership presence to daily interactions
Qualifications
- At least five years in the workforce
- A natural ability to understand, motivate, and develop people at every level
- A genuine gift for drawing the best out of others
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to get people to open up about real issues
- HR experience is not required — but you must have a proven ability to spot and develop talent
