Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hours: 9-4, Mon-FriSalary: $25-35/hr (based on experience)Location: 2 days Williamsburg, 3 days CH

• Handle the full cycle of all new employees including phone screenings, interviews, and keeping candidates moving smoothly through the process
• Source and identify strong, motivated candidates for open roles
• Coordinate interviews with managers and manage clear, timely communication
• Keep pipelines organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and bring in quality talent
