Lead Project Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assign projects to project managers
- coordinate with multiple departments such as the Estimating Department, Director of operations and Field Director
- Oversee client communication. Ensure smooth client communication and coordination. oversee process of prepares and submit SOV to the client.
- Oversee process of reviewing drawings, specifications, scope of work, contract exhibits, and SSP. PM revises the schedule if it is included in the contract and confirm with Field Director.
- Ensure project drawings equipment and permits, needed for the job are requested
- oversees quoting and negotiation and bidding process
- creates budget. Review and revise SOW in contracts
- Ensure projects are properly created in software and are executed.
