Senior Payroll Specialist - Home Care / Home Health

Job description

Deep payroll experience in Home Care, Home Health, CDPAP, PCA, HHA, or similar industries
Experience processing large, complex payrolls with hundreds or thousands of employees
Strong understanding of overtime, live-in caregivers, EVV, billing/payroll relationships, and industry compliance requirements
Able to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and serve as a subject matter expert
Comfortable speaking directly with clients and supporting escalated situations
