A luxury wig salon is seeking a Lead Wig Repair Specialist / Repair Manager to oversee its repair department while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. This role combines hands-on repair work with team leadership, ensuring every piece meets the expectations of a high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of wig repair specialists

• Oversee daily operations of the repair department

• Perform advanced wig repairs and restorations with exceptional attention to detail

• Maintain luxury-level quality standards across all repair work

• Inspect completed work to ensure consistency and excellence

• Develop efficient workflows and processes within the department

• Troubleshoot complex repair challenges and implement creative solutions

• Collaborate with salon leadership to support department growth and performance

• Ensure projects are completed accurately and within required timelines

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring a team

• Strong craftsmanship and fine handwork skills

• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Fluency in Spanish required

• Experience in wig repair, hair services, sewing, alterations, or similar craftsmanship preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain high standards in a luxury client-focused environment
