A leading consulting services firm is seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, communication, and strategic scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is critical in helping leadership stay organized, focused, and prepared by handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with discretion and efficiency. Responsibilities: Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and ensure executives are prepared with necessary materials and briefings. Communication & Correspondence: Handle professional communication on behalf of leadership, including emails, phone calls, and follow-ups with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Document Preparation & Organization: Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents; maintain confidential records and files. Operational & Project Support: Assist in coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items related to client engagements and internal initiatives. Skills: Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with executives and clients at all levels. Discretion & Confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana). Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role. Experience in a consulting, professional services, or fast-paced corporate environment strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Availability during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility as needed Similar experience is necessary Location: West Orange, NJ | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $85k | Job#965 |
