A dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Launch Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts around new product introductions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all departments—from engineering to marketing—are aligned, deadlines are met, and launch processes run smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving accountability across teams. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end launch timelines using Asana, clearly assigning ownership, tracking tasks, and ensuring milestones are met. Facilitate bi-weekly cross-departmental meetings to review progress, flag risks, and obtain approvals. Coordinate product setup across departments including pricing, content, catalog updates, and spec book completion. Oversee marketing components such as launch emails, collateral creation, and follow-through on execution. Skills: Strong cross-functional project management skills with an eye for detail and process. Excellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable managing up and across. Tech-savvy with Asana (or similar tools) and able to build/manage clear launch plans. Self-starter who proactively identifies gaps and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements: Proven experience managing product launches or similar cross-functional projects, ideally in manufacturing or consumer goods. Confident leading teams, driving timelines, and enforcing accountability. Familiarity with catalog, spec book, or marketing asset coordination is a plus.
