A staffing company specializing in light industrial, manufacturing, and logistics is seeking a reliable and proactive Field Operations Supervisor. This role combines hands-on support with leadership, including transporting workers to job sites, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring strong communication with both employees and clients. Responsibilities: Safely transport workers to and from client facilities and ensure punctual arrival. Supervise and support staff at client sites, providing direction and resolving issues as needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to address scheduling, staffing, and operational needs. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and client service skills. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role, preferably in staffing, logistics, or related fields.
