Job description
Location: Williamsburg (On-site)⏱️ Hours: Monday- Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Handle phone screenings and keep candidates moving smoothly through the process
- Source and identify strong, motivated candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage clear, timely communication
- Keep pipelines organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and bring in quality talent
