Patient Retention Specialist

📍 Williamsburg, Brooklyn☀️ Mon–Fri | 9–5

• Manage a daily caseload of at-risk patients - proactively reaching out, identifying concerns, documenting interactions, and driving each case toward resolution
• Partner with internal teams to implement creative solutions that re-engage patients and strengthen long-term retention
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism over the phone
