As an intake specialist you'll be reaching out to patients and helping them understand our services, and ensuring a smooth transition to their care provider.
Intake Specialist Requirements:- Strong sales abilities over the phone- Proactive mindset, driven to hit sales goals- Ability to multi-task and keep track of many moving parts- Excellent customer service skills, able to connect with clients and walk them through the enrollment process
