Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting
- Source candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals)
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs
- Draft offers and maintain recruiting records
Looking for: - Strong communication and organization
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and new systems
