A global importer and manufacturer is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments from China, India, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with vendors, purchasers, and freight forwarders

• Manage container bookings and shipment tracking

• Ensure customs compliance and import/export documentation

• Monitor timelines and resolve shipping delays

• Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting

Requirements:

• Prior international logistics experience is required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with global shipping, freight, and customs processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
