Title Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to review title searches, identify and resolve title issues, prepare closing documents, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications:

    •    1–3 years of title processing experience is required

    •    Strong organizational and communication skills

    •    Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines

    •    Experience with title software and Microsoft Office

    •    Knowledge of title insurance and real estate transactions is required
