DIRECTOR OF SALES

Established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to serve as the primary link between the company and its distributor network across multiple states.

This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role responsible for building distributor relationships, visiting distributors and retail locations, monitoring product performance and shelf presence, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring distributors have everything they need to maximize sales.

✔️ 5+ years of sales leadership experience

✔️ Experience working with distributors, wholesale, or CPG preferred

✔️ Willingness to travel to distributors as needed
