Busy, fast-paced restaurant in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations.

Requirements:

• Restaurant management experience is a must
• Approximately 50 hours per week
• Manage front counter and customer service
• Schedule and supervise employees
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
• Handle inventory, purchasing, and vendor orders
• Answer phones and manage customer inquiries
• Hire, train, and motivate staff
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
