Tasks-
Run all portfolio sales
Communicate with landlords, lenders, brokers, attorneys, etc.
Set up landlord reporting systems
Run audits
Tax preparations
Communicate with the legal team

Qualifications-
Experience selling and purchasing 10+ million-dollar acquisitions in healthcare 
Detail oriented
Good communication skills
Experience with data collections
Experience in providing and reading due diligence with brokers
