Our client, a growing marketing agency, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to help keep client work moving across a growing agency.This is a fully remote position and is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes ownership of getting things done.You'll work closely with agency leadership, support a portfolio of clients, and help coordinate creative, content, social media, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives from start to finish.Responsibilities:Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCoordinate designers, writers, developers, and other team membersKeep projects on track and proactively follow up on outstanding tasksReview creative assets and provide feedback on design, content, and messagingHelp manage social media calendars and content planningCoordinate email marketing campaigns, including asset collection, approvals, and deploymentSupport client communications and internal meetingsMaintain project plans, timelines, and documentationIdentify bottlenecks and help improve internal processesSupport the CEO with project coordination and special initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Extremely organized and detail-orientedStrong ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, resourceful, and solution-orientedComfortable working independently and collaborating with a teamAble to give thoughtful feedback on creative work, especially designFamiliarity with social media and email marketingExperience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.comAgency experience is a plusCreative background is a plusWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries, brands, and marketing disciplines while working directly with senior agency leadership.You'll be exposed to a wide range of projects, clients, and real-world marketing challenges, including work with growing brands, established companies, and high-profile organizations.
