An established ecommerce company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, planning, and long-term financial strategy. This role involves leading the accounting and finance teams, managing cash flow, creating accurate forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to guide organizational growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ecommerce or retail, excels in hands-on financial management, and collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure stability and scalability. Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting. Develop and implement financial strategies that support growth, stability, and profitability. Provide leadership and guidance to finance and accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership to analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making. Skills: Strong strategic financial planning and analytical skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management abilities. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and hands-on financial oversight. Strong understanding of ecommerce/retail financial models, KPIs, and operational dynamics. Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader (preferably in ecommerce or retail). Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices. Demonstrated success in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial strategy. Strong technical proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel. Ability to work closely with leadership and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
