Our client, a growing New York City real estate development and construction management firm focused on developing high-quality residential projects throughout the five boroughs, is seeking an exceptional, highly organized professional to work directly with company leadership and play a key role in driving projects, operations, and strategic initiatives forward.This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, creates systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to become an integral part of the organization and grow alongside the company.Responsibilities:Coordinate multiple real estate development and construction projects simultaneously.Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items to ensure projects stay on schedule.Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, lenders, brokers, expediters, consultants, and vendors.Coordinate meetings, maintain agendas, document action items, and ensure timely follow-through.Organize and maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, plans, drawings, and digital files.Draft professional emails, correspondence, reports, and meeting summaries.Assist with budgeting, invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and operational support.Develop and implement processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization.Provide executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative coordination.Manage special projects and company initiatives from inception through completion.Serve as a central point of coordination to keep projects, stakeholders, and priorities aligned.Requirements:5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, executive support, real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.Professional, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.Comfortable communicating with and following up on professionals at all levels.Experience working with real estate developers, construction managers, general contractors, architectural firms, or professional service organizations is a plus.Familiarity with project management software is preferred but not required.Location: New York, NYSalary: $150K
