A well-established and rapidly growing title company in Upstate New York is seeking an experienced Title Coordinator to manage complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with various parties throughout the closing process, and a solid understanding of title procedures. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage residential and commercial title files from order opening through closing. Review title searches, clear title issues, and communicate requirements to all relevant parties. Work closely with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings. Prepare, track, and organize all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities with internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Requirements: Previous experience in residential and commercial real estate title coordination or a related role. Strong understanding of title searches, title clearance, and closing procedures. Proficiency with title software and general computer systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
