A home care company is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality care services. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as deep knowledge of the home care industry. The Administrator will work closely with management, caregivers, clients, and external partners to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service standards. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, client onboarding, staffing coordination, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient service delivery. Compliance & Quality Assurance- Ensure full adherence to state regulations, industry standards, and internal policies; oversee audits, documentation accuracy, and quality improvement initiatives. Staff Management & Support- Lead and support the administrative and field teams, including hiring assistance, onboarding, ongoing training, performance monitoring, and resolving operational challenges. Client & Family Communication- Maintain strong communication with clients and their families, address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and continuity of care. Skills: Strong Leadership & Team Management- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and support administrative and caregiving staff. Regulatory Knowledge- Deep understanding of home care regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation standards. Exceptional Communication Skills- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, staff, and external partners. Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced care environment. Requirements: Extensive experience in home care administration (required) Strong familiarity with state-specific home care regulations and compliance standards Experience supervising staff in a care-related environment Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in scheduling systems, documentation platforms, and general office software Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: 250-300k DOE | Job#1026 |
