We’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven Shipping Supervisor to lead our night shift team and ensure all outbound operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to keeping our shipping floor organized, our trucks loaded on time, and our team motivated and accountable. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and knows how to balance productivity with people—especially during late hours when energy and morale matter most
