Job description

We are seeking a driven and emotionally intelligent Night Shift Manager to lead our Overstack Department, ensuring that all shelves and inventory are fully replenished and production is fully supplied for the next day’s operations. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth, continuous flow of materials throughout the night shift—supporting production needs and keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in production management but also exceptional at connecting with people. Since the night shift operates with fewer resources, the manager must possess strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills to motivate the team, resolve challenges calmly, and foster a supportive, high-performing environment. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
