A growing maintenance company is seeking a Compliance & Insurance Coordinator to manage all compliance and insurance matters related to employee injuries and workplace incidents. This role is responsible for ensuring proper documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory, insurance, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience in compliance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with management, insurers, and employees. Responsibilities: Manage workers’ compensation and injury-related insurance claims from initial incident through resolution. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor, safety, and insurance regulations related to workplace injuries. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for incidents, claims, and compliance audits. Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, management, and employees regarding claims, requirements, and follow-ups. Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to employee injuries and workers’ compensation. Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail. Clear communication skills when working with employees, insurers, and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and confidentially. Requirements: Prior experience in compliance, risk management, or insurance administration. Experience handling workers’ compensation or injury-related insurance claims. Familiarity with OSHA, labor regulations, or workplace safety standards preferred. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
