2–8 years of healthcare finance experience needed, including Strong knowledge of CPT coding, medical necessity documentation, and Medicaid programs. Proficiency with ERP systems and healthcare billing platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Tebra, CentralReach, Hoopla). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred.
