Job description

We are currently seeking a Purchaser for our flexible packaging department. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This role requires experience in purchasing and an understanding of the product development process. While experience working with overseas suppliers is preferred, we are also open to candidates with a background in product development or product sourcing. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of complex items with extensive specifications. Responsibilities include purchasing and sourcing products for the flexible packaging line. While the role will initially focus on order processing and execution, it is designed to evolve into a leadership position. The Purchaser will eventually oversee a team of assistants, transitioning their focus to sourcing while delegating order processing tasks.
