Graphic Designer | Brooklyn, NY ~ $65,000 - $75,000
About the Role: A non-profit educational organization is adding a Graphic Designer to its 5-person design team, based full-time, in-person at their Crown Heights office. This is a headcount add driven by growing project volume — the new hire will start by collaborating closely with the team before taking on independent assignments, reporting directly into the Art Director.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production
- Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, course marketing, educational textbooks, flyers, posters, and email banners
- Produce digital media and other design assets as needed
- Take on projects both collaboratively and independently as workload requires
- Produce high-quality design work using Adobe InDesign
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to onboard and align on process
- Report into and collaborate with the Art Director
Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong Adobe & InDesign skills
- Portfolio required
