Job description

We are seeking a motivated UV Line Supervisor to oversee our Finishing Department’s automated line, which consists of 22 integrated machines. You will manage daily operations, lead a team of over six employees, and coordinate production schedules to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. While experience with this specific equipment is not required, you must be comfortable working with machinery, willing to learn its operation, and able to communicate technical issues to maintenance. Qualifications: Proven leadership in a manufacturing or shop environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and production tracking. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
