An equipment leasing company is seeking a Logistics Systems Optimization Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations while improving asset tracking, turnaround time, and system performance. This role focuses on optimizing how leased equipment is received, prepared, stored, and redeployed by combining hands-on operational leadership with data-driven process improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, refurbishment staging, storage, and outgoing equipment shipments. Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and workflow to ensure fast and accurate turnaround between leases. Maintain accurate asset and inventory records across warehouse and leasing systems. Lead process and system improvements to reduce downtime, errors, and operational costs. Skills: Warehouse, logistics, and asset-tracking systems management. Process optimization and workflow improvement. Team leadership and staff supervision. Data analysis and operational reporting. Requirements: 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience. Experience using inventory, asset-tracking, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
