A growing OPWDD provider company is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Coordinators while ensuring full compliance with OPWDD regulations across all ComHab and Respite services. This role works closely with the Director and Intake Department to keep operations running smoothly, support staff, and maintain high-quality service delivery for individuals and families. Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of Coordinators to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee compliance with OPWDD regulations, documentation, and program standards. Work closely with the Director and Intake Department to manage caseloads and staffing needs. Address performance, scheduling, and operational issues to maintain a positive and organized work environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of OPWDD ComHab and Respite services. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and ability to work across departments. Requirements: Proven experience in OPWDD ComHab and/or Respite services. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Must be available a minimum of 6 hours per day, plus Fridays until 12:00/1:00 PM. Strong understanding of OPWDD compliance and documentation standards.
