Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to manage Medicaid accounts for assigned nursing home facilities. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for your facilities, ensuring accounts are properly managed and payments are collected by month-end.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Medicaid accounts for 1–2 assigned nursing home facilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for facility administrators and staff.
• Maintain regular communication with facilities regarding account status, outstanding balances, and required documentation.
• Submit and monitor Medicaid billing and reimbursement activity.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, payments, and account discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely payment collection.
• Track account activity and provide updates on payment status.
• Ensure all accounts are reconciled and payments are received by the end of each month.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, Medicaid, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.

Hours: Mon - Thurs 9-5, Fridays winter 9-1, Summer 9-2
