Job description
itrek is a nonprofit that empowers rising and established leaders from diverse sectors to engage their networks in meaningful Israel experiences. Since 2011, more than 27,000 influential leaders representing 130 nationalities have traveled to Israel through itrek. The organization is a 30-person team based in New York and Israel. Reporting to the Director of Development and Institutional Giving, the Development Operations & Analytics Manager drives the systems, processes, and analytics that power itrek's fundraising. Responsibilities: • Own and advance the Development team's CRM (Salesforce) and related systems, improving workflows, data integrity, dashboards, and reporting • Champion AI and emerging technology to automate fundraising workflows, enhance donor research, and improve productivity • Oversee prospect research, pipelines, outreach tracking, and portfolio management • Manage production of donor collateral, digital fundraising campaigns, and campaign performance reports • Lead operational execution of development events and the itrek Mission • Partner with the CEO and frontline fundraisers on a portfolio of donor accounts and board engagement (20% of role) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • 3-6 years in development operations, fundraising, nonprofit management, or project management • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, including reporting and analytics • Strong operational mindset with exceptional organizational skills Salary: $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
