Financial Analyst

The JCC of Central New Jersey is a nonprofit agency whose mission is to educate, enrich and empower our community - from generation to generation, offering educational, recreational, fitness and wellness, cultural, and communal programs for people of all abilities and stages of life. The Financial Analyst supports the Finance Department with financial planning, budgeting, and internal reporting, partnering closely with department heads to help them understand and manage their budgets. Reports to the Senior Director of Finance. Responsibilities: • Support development and coordination of the annual operating budget across all departments, working directly with department leaders • Support forecasting processes, financial models, and scenario analyses • Prepare and distribute monthly departmental P&L reports that are clear, accurate, and user-friendly • Analyze program-level financial performance and help department heads identify root causes of variances • Extract, organize, and analyze financial data and support improvements to reporting tools and dashboards Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, operations, or a related field • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-financial staff Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
