Job description
The Israeli-American Council builds an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens the Israeli and Jewish identity of the next generations, the American Jewish community, and the bond between the peoples of the United States and Israel. The National Program Manager supports national implementation of IAC's Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement programs, reporting to the National Senior Director. This role owns day-to-day execution, regional support, logistics, content development, and tracking. Responsibilities: • Support the national rollout of the IAC Magen Teens/Fellowship program across all IAC regions, coordinating timelines, trainings, and communications • Develop and distribute educational content, facilitator guides, participant materials, and training resources • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for regional teams, facilitators, and volunteers • Coordinate teen leadership experiences including escape rooms and interactive workshops • Support educational programming, logistics, and partnerships for the IAC Summit • Maintain program dashboards, KPI trackers, and status reports for leadership Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Project Management, or related field • 3-5 years in program coordination, project management, education, or community engagement • Fluent Hebrew and English required (reading, writing, and verbal) • Proficiency with CRM and project management platforms such as Monday.com • Availability for evenings, occasional weekends, and domestic travel Benefits: Employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after the new hire waiting period.
