Job description

A growing ABA agency is seeking a BCBA to provide services to children with autism across homes, daycares, and schools throughout the Atlanta area.

You’ll work with trained RBTs and supportive leadership while maintaining clinical autonomy and a balanced schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Train, supervise, and support caregivers and other professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Collect and review data to adjust treatment plans based on progress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records compliant with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Strong communication skills

  • Monday–Friday
