A growing construction supplies company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage staff, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, detail-oriented, and able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, organization, and workflow efficiency. Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance oversight, and hiring/firing as needed. Coordinate directly with trucking companies and drivers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries. Plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Leadership ability with experience managing teams in a warehouse setting. Basic computer and inventory management system proficiency. Ability to think ahead, problem-solve quickly, and adapt to changing needs. Requirements: Prior warehouse management experience required. Ability to work on-site from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and be available by phone from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Strong communication skills, including working with drivers and logistics teams.
