People Experience Manager

 

We are seeking a warm, organized, and people-focused People Experience Manager to lead recruiting, employee engagement, and retention for a growing company with a diverse workforce.

This role is responsible for hiring the right people, creating a positive employee experience, building incentive programs, and helping employees from different backgrounds and cultures feel understood, supported, and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and department leaders
• Create and manage employee incentive programs to improve performance and retention
• Support onboarding and make sure new hires feel welcomed and prepared
• Understand and work well with employees from different cultures and backgrounds
• Help improve employee communication, morale, and workplace culture
• Track hiring needs, employee concerns, and retention trends
• Partner with management to solve people-related issues and improve team performance
• Make sure company policies are clearly communicated and followed

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting, HR, people operations, or employee relations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand different personalities, cultures, and work styles
• Creative thinker who can build incentive and retention programs
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and employees
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience in staffing, facilities, or hourly workforce environments is a plus
