Seeking a hardworking, motivated leader to establish and lead a new Recruitment Department focused on consistently onboarding high-quality caregivers, ensuring full geographic coverage, and proactively supporting all service departments. This leader will drive monthly hiring goals, strengthen caregiver quality standards, and build a strong, reliable recruitment team. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position. Leadership experience is required.
